Our people
At Lance, we believe our most important asset is people – our employees,
dealers and customers. Together, they've all been responsible for making Lance
the success it has been since 1965 – creating the most versatile RVs on
the planet.
Our state-of-the-art facility
Lance began in 1965 with a plant in Pacoima, California. In June 1997, we
opened the world's first manufacturing, service and administration facility designed
and built strictly for the purpose of producing truck campers on a 22-acre campus
in Lancaster, California.
This 110,000-square-foot manufacturing plant and administrative offices complex
in the sunny, high desert of Southern California's Antelope Valley is taking
Lance well into the future with the capability to push boundaries on innovation,
new technologies, construction techniques and quality control.
In 2004, Lance expanded with its new 31,000-square-foot service and parts facility.
Here, over 100 dealerships nationwide receive Lance warranty and customer service,
tech support, and prompt delivery of needed parts with computerized tracking.
Thousands of parts are here and available for immediate shipping. A regularly
scheduled training program and on-site education center helps train dealers to
ensure quality service.
Our reputation as an industry
leader
RV dealers across North America have continually rated Lance one of the best
RV manufacturers in the nation.
The acclaim for Lance has been certified once again by the Recreational Vehicle
Dealer Association (RVDA) with the presentation of their prestigious Quality
Circle Award recognizing the Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI).
Lance has been one of a few manufacturers in the entire industry to receive this
award. Lance takes great pride in this recognition because it's a reflection
of how our dealers feel about us, our product and the way we do business.
And when our dealers give praise, that most certainly means that our ultimate
goal is achieved – our customers are happy.
